Welcome to our Corner
Almost 100 years ago, the historic building that now houses The Monarchs’ Corner Bar was once home to a speakeasy of the same name. In 2006, owner Frank Lehnen revisited these historic roots and brought the namesake back to life to serve the West Side of Grand Rapids once more- minus the sobering consequences of the 18th Amendment.
There is much to be discovered here. Stop by, grab a drink, and see what The Monarchs’ Corner Bar is all about.

Monarchs’ boasts a spacious game room that features two well-maintained pool tables, a dartboard, and lounging area – an ideal space for friendly competition and casual fun.
Behind the building, there is also a wrap-around covered patio with entertainment and space to stretch out.
